Please submit the following information along with this application:
- A one-page resume of your high school and community activities. Be sure to list all organizations and activities in which you participated while in high school and any offices you held.
- A 150–200 word essay on “Community Service.” Describe what you have done and what you plan to do in areas of community service. No research is necessary. We are looking for your personal thoughts, opinions, and experiences on the topic.
